Shout out to all my skaters! Listen up everyone there has been so crazy spooky things going on at the shop. I don't know if it's the spirit of Halloween or the scary good sales we're running, but people are dying to take advantage of our prices right now! If you haven't been keeping up with our blogs or posts, I'll explain what's going on at the store. We are running a Breast Cancer Awareness Sale, we have BCA themed skateboards and longboards that have been selling like Halloween candy so hurry in and get yours today! Also tonight is the start of our Halloween Sale, it's going on right now and goes til store close on Monday October 31, 2016; the sale is 15% OFF store wide but if you come in costume it jumps to 20% OFF! This is a great time to get your hands on some of our new merchendise we got in by Skate Mental. They are extremely sturdy decks, with great graphic designs, I'm currently skating the "New phone who dis" deck and I can say it has easily jumped to one of my favorites to ride.

I know we've been talking about our new rewards program too, but I must say, it's doing so well it's bringing the dead back to life just so they can be a part of this amazing program. We have decked out zombie skaters that are just COLD to the bone! We welcome everyone, "dead" or alive, to come and be apart of our rewards program because the savings are so good, they are to die for. Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Shout out to all my skaters! As we all know October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and here at Love ll Sk8 we are showing our appreciation to these strong women and going to support them the way we know best, by skating for charity! For the rest of October we will be selling these special Breast Cancer Awareness edition skateboards and long boards! All of the board sale proceeds will go to the Susan G. Komen Benefit to give our support to all of the fighters and survivors out there to help find a cure for this terrible disease. This is our awesome line up of boards that we will be selling:

To follow up with our great events coming up, I would like to announce the roll out of our new reward points program! It's called Sk8 and Save; for every dollar you spend at Love ll Sk8, you'll earn 100 points. When you go to the skate park if you bring in your card we'll scan it and you'll earn 25 points just for checking in with us before you go skate the park!  The way the rewards of the point system is set up is in 5,000 point increments, every 5,000 points you earn you will acquire five Skate and Save dollars. You can use those points to purchase any merchandise in the store and you can also use them for 1 on 1 skate sessions with our talented staff.  We are stoked about this new rewards program, we believe it will bring in new customers and our current customers will get to enjoy and the benefits of being a regular. So please come in, sign up for Sk8 and Save, and start earning those points!

October has been a busy month and we have plenty of things planned and we can't wait to share the experiences with all of our wonderful customers. We couldn't do it without you guys, so I want to give a special thanks to everyone that has helped us get to where we are at today! Our pride of this business is in all of you and your dedication to skating and shopping at Love ll Sk8. We are happy and proud to call  all of our customers a part of the family. Charity Sale Featuring Knotz Landing

Shout out to all my skaters! So I have some big news for everyone, we're throwing a bone chilling Halloween Sale/ Charity Event at Love ll Sk8 on Sunday October 30, 2016! We love our community and appreciate all of the business and friendships it has given us, so we wanted to give back to the people.  We contacted Knotz Landing, which is a business focused on low income housing opportunities for struggling families in need of a home. We are teaming up with them to make the Gallagher family's dream come true.  Fiona Gallagher is a strong, single mother taking care of her three children: Phillip, Sam, and Debbie. The Gallaghers have been in our community for a while and we all know at least one of them, whether it's through school, jobs, or just through the community.  They need our help and we are going to do as much as we can to get them into an amazing home thanks to our friends at Knotz Landing.

For our charity sale, everything at Love ll Sk8 will be 10% OFF storewide, and half of the proceeds from that day will go towards the children's education and other family needs. We will also be donating 3 complete boards and safety gear to those deserving kids, so they will pick up a new hobby and learn to love it like I have. Knots Landing will be covering their security deposit and their first months rent. On top of all of this kindness, we still have to keep it scary. I mean, it's still the Halloween weekend! So please feel free to dress up in costume and come support this wonderful family! We can't wait to see the look on the Gallagher's faces when they find out all of the friendly neighborhood ghouls and goblins came together to help their dream become a reality.  Thank you all for reading this and a special thank you to Knotz Landing.
